Frustrated first-time home shoppers looking for an affordable option can once again thank the Greater Middlesex & Morris Habitat for Humanity for 10 chances to match an address to their budget.

Applications are now being accepted for three low- to moderate-income single-family homes in the Kenvil section of Roxbury, and seven similar homes in the Budd Lake section of Mount Olive. The new construction homes will be sold as affordable housing to qualified applicants with sale prices ranging from $130,000 to $250,000.
