Project Manager – Construction
Full-Time | In-Person | Randolph, NJ
Salary Range: $100,000–$130,000 (DOE)
Greater Middlesex & Morris Habitat for Humanity (GMM Habitat) is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee the build of affordable homes from permitting through family move-in.
This role manages schedules, budgets, subcontractors, volunteers, materials, and site operations to ensure high-quality, code-compliant homes are delivered on time and on budget. The Project Manager works closely with the Chief Construction Officer and Construction Team to advance Habitat’s mission of affordable homeownership.

E‑commerce Associate (Part-Time)
Location: Randolph, NJ | $16/hour
Greater Middlesex & Morris Habitat for Humanity is seeking a Part-Time E‑commerce Associate to support our ReStore team by preparing, photographing, listing, and fulfilling donated items sold online.
This entry-level role is ideal for someone who is organized, hands-on, comfortable with technology, and excited to support a mission-driven nonprofit. The E‑commerce Associate plays a key role in generating revenue that helps fund affordable housing in our communities.
