This two-bedroom, single-family starter home includes one full bathroom, a basement and an attached garage. The home is ENERGY STAR certified for energy efficiency. The land was donated by the Township of Roxbury along with a monetary contribution from their Affordable Housing Trust Fund. The home will include a well and septic.

Teacher Frank Caccavale and a group of Roxbury High School students in the Structural Design & Fabrication program spent two school years building this home in two modules in the parking lot behind the high school. This is the second collaboration between the school and Morris Habitat.

Site preparation will begin in April 2024 with tree removal and excavation for the basement and foundation. The modules are scheduled to be transferred to the site with a crane on April 30 and secured to the foundation. The project is planned to be completed by the end of 2024.
