Thank You for Joining Us for a Remarkable Home Dedication during Veterans Build Week 2024!

We are deeply grateful to everyone who attended the Home Dedication Ceremony on November 13 in Perth Amboy. This special day celebrated the incredible journey of two remarkable families — U.S. Army Veteran Mylcaryz, Hilton, and their family, and Maximina, Juan, and their family — as they prepare to begin their next chapter in beautiful new homes.

This milestone was made possible thanks to the unwavering support of government officials, local businesses, and our incredible volunteers. We’re also proud to have partnered with NBC’s Emmy Award-winning show “George to the Rescue”, which highlighted these homes and their transformation into warm, welcoming spaces.

Special thanks to host George Oliphant and interior designer Blanche Garcia, whose vision and expertise brought these homes to life with stunning furnishings, thoughtful design, and personal touches.

This celebration showcased the power of community and the profound impact of Greater Middlesex & Morris Habitat for Humanity’s work in addressing New Jersey’s affordable housing crisis.

Thank you for sharing in this momentous occasion with us. Together, we are building homes, hope, and brighter futures!
