The “Spruce It Up!” program offers you the chance to pick up ideas on how to transform a tired interior space, to learn how to avoid costly mistakes, and to maximize the design potential of your home or business. Members of the New Jersey chapter of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) will provide one- or two-hour on-site consultations for $150 per hour from Thursday, October 1, to Saturday, October 31, 2015. Welcome the AmeriCorps NCCC Team of Volunteers

Seven volunteers aged 19 – 22 from all across the U.S. worked full-time at two of our construction sites (29 Hillside Terrace and 29 Hazel Street) from Wednesday, September 2, to Friday, October 16, 2015. AmeriCorps NCCC (National Civilian Community Corps) is a team-based service program that helps to strengthen communities and build leaders by working with non-profits and other agencies. (more…)

In 2015, Hammer for Heroes attracted nearly 400 participants and volunteers and raised over $25,000 for Morris Habitat. Together, we built 30 walls for homes of two veterans and future Morris Habitat homeowners, Nathalie Figueroa and Edward Sartorius. (more…)
