Twenty-two faith-based congregations in the area joined to raise the funds and provide the volunteers for this project. The street view of the building has the appearance of a single-family home. Ample parking is provided on the side, and a large area of green space is in the back. In 2013, this project won an Award of Excellence from the Community Builders & Remodelers Association of New Jersey. Morris Habitat was recognized as “Best Affordable Housing Developer.”
