Site Supervisor
Reports to: Construction Manager
Hours: Tuesday through Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Requirements:
Sufficient knowledge of home construction to be able to orient and supervise a group of volunteers (10-20) and crew leaders at the site.
Expectations:
- Ability to work in supervisory role with persons of diverse economic, social and racial/ethnic backgrounds
- Understanding of and ability to explain and oversee work site safety
- Willingness and ability to train others and then step back and supervise
- Acceptance of Habitat principles
- Ability to commit to at least four work days per year
