Hours: Vary based on project
Requirements:
New Jersey licensed real estate appraiser to prepare both formal and informal appraisals for Habitat build sites. Knowledgeable about real estate in Morris County and surrounding areas.
Expectations:
- Prepare formal real estate appraisals for Habitat build sites as part of our due diligence during property acquisition activities.
- Prepare informal real estate appraisals for potential build sites to assist in determining the feasibility of acquiring the site.
- Provide your professional opinion on potential sites based on your experience and background.
- You are invited and encouraged to become a part of our Property Acquisition Team, although it is not required.
