Crew Leader
Reports to: Site Supervisor
Hours: Tuesday through Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Requirements:
Enough skill in a particular area of home construction to instruct and supervise a small group (4-8) of unskilled volunteers in the task.
Expectations:
- Ability to work in supervisory role with persons of diverse economic, social and racial/ethnic backgrounds
- Understanding of and ability to explain and oversee work site safety
- Willingness and ability to train others and then step back and supervise
- Acceptance of Habitat principles
- Ability to commit to at least four work days per year
