Bellevue Terrace
Morristown

This project involved the new construction of a three-family townhouse complex at the end of Bellevue Terrace in Morristown. The property first had to be subdivided from an existing two-family home on an adjacent lot. After receiving approvals for the subdivision and the site plan, site work began in September 2001.
The Pierce, Allen and Brower families each have two sons, ranging from a senior in high school to kindergarten, and the families were in their homes before the start of the 2002 school year. Read more about the Allen family on our Homeowner Stories page.
Individuals and groups came from as far away as Massachusetts and as close as Morristown High School to volunteer on construction of these homes. Repeat volunteers came from Prudential Insurance, AT&T, Honeywell, Morristown High’s Campus Chapter and Nabisco (now Kraft Foods).
