From Monday, May 8, through Saturday, May 13, women in Morris County are invited to volunteer on two homes on Harding Avenue in Dover. National Women Build Week brings women together from all walks of life to learn construction skills and to help families build strength, stability and independence through housing. The week also spotlights the homeownership challenges faced by women. This event is one of more than 300 Women Build projects taking place nationwide with support from Lowe’s, Habitat’s longtime partner.
To volunteer during Women Build Week, email Director of Volunteer Services Stephanie Sayki or call 973.891.1934 ext.103.
