3rd Annual Hearts and Hammers Ball
Saturday, February 9, 2008, 7:00 p.m.
Meadow Wood Manor
461 Route 10 East, Randolph, New Jersey
Black tie optional—$125 or $200 per person
Our third Annual Ball was a successful evening of elegant dining and exciting dancing and auction bidding. Guests dined on sensational food provided by Meadow Wood Manor, danced to great music performed by Tropical Storm, and bid on over seventy items in our live and silent auctions.
Proceeds of $50,000 from this year’s Hearts and Hammers Ball will go toward financing the construction of twelve homes on the six properties that we had on hand at the end of 2007. During the evening, attendees heard how our new ReStore is successfully recycling donated building supplies, furnishings, and appliances. Shoppers pay 50-90% less than retail costs, and thousands of tons of usable materials are kept out of local landfills. With the help of donors, shoppers and volunteers, the ReStore will be increasingly profitable and will generate funds to support our operating budget.

We were proud to honor those who made the dream of opening our ReStore a reality by presenting two awards, The Founder’s Award and The Corporate Partnership Award.
- The Founder’s Award Recipient
