Two Ways to Register
- Team members, individuals and families may register and pay online at active.com by clicking on the logo below.
- You may download our Registration Form and return it to us with payment. If you will collect donations of $100 or more from sponsors, use this form to register for free, including a list of sponsor names, mailing addresses, e-mails, and amounts.
Fundraising Online
You can collect donations online by setting up an active.com account and creating a campaign page. Become a fundraiser by clicking on the logo below.
- If you raise $100, you register for free.
- Raise $250, you register for free and receive a Habitat logo tote bag.
- For $500 and more, you register for free and receive a Habitat logo tote bag and a Habitat logo hat.
- Matching gifts from employers are also welcome.
The Registration Form is a “fillable form” and may be filled out on your computer before printing to send in with your check. In order to view the form, you will need the freely available Adobe Reader software installed on your computer, version 7 or higher.
Please note that a fillable form isn’t the same as electronic filing and it is not possible to electronically submit a form—you must print it out after entering the information. As handy as this is, please note two caveats:
- When filling out the form online, you are not limited in terms of the amount of information you may enter into a particular field. However, when printing out the form, only the information visible onscreen is actually printed. This means that if you can’t see what you’ve entered into a field in its entirety onscreen, it won’t be visible when printed either.
- Do not use your web browser’s print function. Instead, use the print button at the left side of the Adobe Reader tool bar which appears immediately above the viewing window.
