New Director of Development
A Capacity Building Grant from Habitat for Humanity International has enabled us to hire a full-time Director of Development. After a lengthy search, we welcomed Lauri Pietruszka to our staff in February. Lauri comes from the National Football Foundation and has over twenty years of marketing, event management, sponsorship and project management experience.
Lauri’s duties include developing solicitations and donor recognition, helping to plan and organize special events, and preparing written and oral presentations to potential donors and community groups. Lauri will assist our reorganized Development Team to reach our $880,000 fundraising goal for five homes this year. Welcome Lauri!
