Building Update August 2007
Our property sleuths, Jane Dwyer and Kathy Gardner, are working with Rockaway Borough to acquire property there. We are working in collaboration with Sussex County Habitat on a 4-plex in the Borough of Stanhope.
Landscaping is completed at Victory Gardens and Randolph. We have begun site work and foundations for the 2 homes at Hussa Place in Denville. In Morristown, the George Street duplex was delayed due to site constraints, but we anticipate our work on foundations & construction continuing in August. Permits for Hazel Street in Morristown have been submitted and work will begin shortly. Renovation of the Hopatcong home began in May and should be completed by late summer. We received final architectural plans for Collins Avenue in Jefferson and will begin site work later this summer.
We completed the Morristown home repair project and we’re scheduling new repair projects in Landing, Hopatcong and Budd Lake.
